The cheese affected was sold in the sizes of 1 pound and 2 pound blocks. The cheese will have a date code of 1007 that can be found on a label on the block of cheese. There are about 1000 pounds of cheese affected by the recall.

If you think you may have brought some of the affected cheese, you should check the code on the label before consuming it. If you discover that you own some of the cheese that has been affected by the recall, you should not eat it.
