The Franklin Public Library us hosting a DIY Bath Bombs and Sugar Scrub Event for teens.
The event is on November 8 and goes from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. At the event teens can create their own bath bombs and sugar scrubs. All supplies will be provided. Registration is required.
