Baby Wipe Recall

A staple product that is used to take care of both babies and toddlers has been recalled. A popular company that makes and sells organic baby products, The Honest Company, has issued a recall for their wipes. The recall comes after the discovery that the wipes may contain mold.

The mold has been discovered on wipes that have been purchased both in the United States and Canada. The Honest Company does not believe that the mold on the wipes will cause health problems, but the mold is causing a discoloration of the wipes. The wipes are being recalled because with an abundance of caution.

The packages of wipes that are included in the recall include:

  • 10 count packages
  • 72 count packages
  • 288 count packages
  • 576 count packages

The affected packages of the wipes were sold individually, as well as included in some of the sets of items offered by the company. The sets that the recalled wipes were included in are Honest Diaper Cakes, Baby Basics Gift Set and Baby Arrival Gift Set.

You can visit The Honest Company’s website to enter the lot number of the wipes to see if it is included by the recall if you believe you own some wipes that may be included.
